Nancy Simutis

Nancy Simutis, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bohannan Huston, Inc., since February 2015, where prior roles include HR Director. Simutis has extensive experience as a SHRM Learning System Instructor from February 2009 to December 2019, providing training in critical HR areas to help professionals prepare for PHR/SPHR certification. As Principle Consultant at Nth Degree Consulting from January 2006 to February 2017, Simutis developed strategic HR initiatives and best practices for various clients. Earlier career highlights include positions as Consultant/Instructor at the University of New Mexico, Human Resources Director at ARA, and Human Resources Director at Wilson & Company. Simutis holds an MAIR in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from Miami University.
