Tessa Kaarsgaren

Tessa Kaarsgaren has a diverse range of work experience. Tessa started their career as an Event Manager/Internship at Uitjes.nl in 2009. Tessa then worked as a Restaurant and Bar Assistant Manager at The Lighthouse Amsterdam from June 2010 to February 2012.

In 2011, Tessa worked at Poldersport as an Outdoor Event Manager, where they conducted research for their thesis on the booking behavior and satisfaction of their customers. Tessa provided advice on communication skills and product development to attract more customers.
