Abigail Toner has extensive experience in various roles related to organization and talent development, as well as leadership and organization consulting. Abigail is currently working as the Senior Director of Organization & Talent Development at Bohler, where they are responsible for strategic priorities such as talent development, career pathing, leadership development programs, performance management, and compensation philosophy. Prior to Bohler, Abigail worked at Nestlé as the Senior Manager of Talent & Performance Management and Organization Development, where they focused on cultural transformation, team performance, and self-awareness. Abigail also founded and advised Cairo Mommies for Natural Parenting, a Facebook group aimed at empowering women on natural parenting approaches. Furthermore, Abigail has served as a Leadership and Organization Development Consultant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as the Principal of the Culture and Talent Consulting Unit at ProMark. Abigail began their career as a Business Psychologist at Leadership Dialogue LLC and has also worked at LMI Government Consulting, Deloitte (formerly BearingPoint), and Booz Allen Hamilton in various consulting roles.

Abigail Toner earned a BA in Psychology/Management & Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. Abigail then obtained an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in 2003. In 2015 and 2016, they earned coaching certifications, including a Dialogical Coaching Certification (DCC) from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and a Brain Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute. In 2018 to 2020, they pursued further education in Organization Development, receiving a degree in Gestalt Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Center for Organizational and Systems Development. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications related to talent management, leadership styles, and coaching.
