Nikki Tassinari

Nikki Tassinari has extensive work experience in customer care and customer experience roles. Nikki started their career with British Airways in 2005, holding various roles including Assistant Manager, Premier Client Services, and Business Process Trainer until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as HQ Contact Center Supervisor at Virgin America. In 2017, they joined Best Choice Products as Director of Customer Experience, a role they held until 2018. Currently, Nikki Tassinari is serving as Director of Customer Care at Boingo Wireless.

Nikki Tassinari obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics from Salem State University between 2006 and 2010.
