Nicole Robison

Nicole Robison, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Boise Cascade Company since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Continuum Global Solutions from April 2008 to July 2021, including Director of Customer Care, where leadership of a third-party contact center resulted in $27 million in annual revenue through exceptional service and team management. Nicole's experience also includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, overseeing a team that supported health insurance clients, and working as an Account Manager at Discover Financial Services. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Boise State University between 2016 and 2019.
