Pauline Irish has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Boise Cascade since October 1991. In this role, Pauline develops and implements various human resource policies and programs, focusing on selection and retention, employee development, leadership planning, labor relations, and compliance. Pauline is responsible for coordinating these initiatives with Human Resources staff and advising company managers on HR matters while reporting directly to the President and participating in the executive management team. Prior to Boise Cascade, Pauline worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Automatic Vending Company from August 1988 to September 1991. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Portland State University, which was completed in 1988, and graduated from Taft High School in 1979.
