Trina Finley Ponce

Trina Finley Ponce, MBA (she/her) has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Trina Finley'smost recent role is as the Diversity and Inclusion Director at Boise Cascade Company, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HP from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Program Manager, Worldwide Sales Enablement Lead, and Go-to-Market Lead. From 2001 to 2015, they worked at Hewlett Packard Company, where they held positions such as Sales Enablement Lead, Current Product Business Manager, Launch and Business Development Manager, Future Product Manager, and Current Product Manager. Trina also has a background in the U.S. Army Reserve, where they served as a Commissioned Officer from 1991 to 2007.

Trina Finley Ponce, MBA (she/her) obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Montana - College of Business from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a focus on Interpersonal Relations & Social Psychology from Stanford University between 1987 and 1991. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications in human rights from the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights and an Explorer Badge from HP, both in 2020.
