Jeremy Busch is an experienced sports performance and health professional, currently serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance, Health, and Wellness, as well as the Head Football Athletic Trainer at Boise State Athletics since June 2025. Prior to this role, Busch held similar positions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from August 2015 to February 2025 and Texas Tech University from March 2014 to August 2015, focusing on comprehensive medical coverage and rehabilitation for football programs. Earlier experiences include serving as the Assistant Football Athletic Trainer/Rehabilitation Coordinator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Colorado State University. Busch’s career began with internships at Indiana University Bloomington and the Minnesota Vikings. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training from the University of Iowa.
