Alberto Lopez is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food science and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Line Cook at BOKA Restaurant Group since May 2022, Alberto has previously held positions such as Commis at The Alinea Group and Line Cook at Fat Rice. Alberto's extensive experience in food science includes roles as a Culinary Scientist and various scientific positions at Newly Weds Foods, where tasks included developing coating systems for Latin American markets and providing technical assistance to clients. Additionally, Alberto has a solid foundation in customer service and team leadership, developed during a tenure as a Team Leader at Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers.
