Claudia Ruiz

Claudia Ruiz is an experienced General Manager with a successful track record in the restaurant industry, currently employed at BOKA Restaurant Group since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at DMK Restaurants, where Claudia was instrumental in the opening of Hayden Hall, and previously managing operations at AceBounce, Bar Siena, and Siena Tavern. Additionally, Claudia has held roles as FOH Manager and Event Planner, showcasing strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as expertise in daily operations management, food inventory oversight, and enhancing guest experiences.
