Colin Hofer

Colin Hofer is an experienced general manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at BOKA Restaurant Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Colin held similar positions at Adalina and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where significant achievements included exceeding revenue targets and effectively managing large teams. As Wine Director and Director of Education at Bonhomme Hospitality Group, Colin oversaw wine purchasing and staff training for a portfolio of 12 restaurants, while also serving as General Manager at Porto Restaurant, where operations led to the establishment of the restaurant's first Michelin star. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Soho House & Co and Matthew Kenney Cuisine, contributing to a strong business acumen and operational excellence.
