John Gantz is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and corporate account management. Currently serving as Business Director and Administrative + Operations Manager for BOKA Restaurant Group since November 2017, John has held various roles including General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Duck Duck Goat, and Floating Manager across several properties. Prior to BOKA, John was a Corporate Account Manager at CDW, contributing to technology solutions for a diverse client base. Additionally, John gained valuable project management experience as an apprentice at Jellyvision, where responsibilities included client support and project implementation. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Miami.
