Charlotta Selin

Charlotta Selin currently serves as Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Bokadirekt since October 2024, following a tenure as CPO and Head of Digital Sales & Service at SBAB from January 2018 to October 2024. Selin also held the position of acting Chief Customer Experience Officer at Booli and was a Board Member at Klarna from November 2011 to December 2017. Throughout the career, Selin played key roles in project management and product development across multiple organizations, including leading various teams at Klarna and Nordnet Bank AB, where responsibilities ranged from transforming project delivery processes to general management in Germany. Selin earned an MBA in Management and Organization from Hanken School of Economics between 2000 and 2004.
