Pernilla Fornbäck

Pernilla Fornbäck has held various roles in the finance and legal industries since 1993. Pernilla began their career as an Associate Judge at the Administrative Court of Appeal in 1993 before moving to PwC Gothenburg as an International Tax adviser in 1995. In 2001, they joined Saab Automobile AB as Corporate Tax & Customs Counsel and then moved to Dometic Group in 2009 as Group Tax Director. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) as Vice President Funding & Taxation and CFO - Senior Vice President CEVT Finance. Most recently, they have been CFO, Head of Finance, Legal & Compliance at Bokio since 2019.

Pernilla Fornbäck completed their Master in Law from Lund University between 1982 and 1987. Pernilla then attended UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1989 to study Tax Law/Taxation. In 2022, they completed a Certificate for board work from Styrelseakademien.
