Annelies de Jong

Annelies de Jong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as a Strategisch HR business partner and Lead organization development at bol since March 2020, Annelies has played a key role in developing new organizational structures and implementing change programs. Previous roles include Programma Manager team & people development, where responsibility included overseeing a change program for 40 teams in the e-commerce sector, and Sr Manager People Leads, managing multiple projects focused on development and restructuring. Prior experience includes interim management positions and roles focused on demand planning and warehouse management at Bidfood, as well as various HR consulting positions at Bidvest Deli XL and Dekamarkt. Annelies holds a post-academic diploma from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede, supplemented by a recent training in leading change from FranklinCovey Benelux.
