Ellen Verhagen

Ellen Verhagen currently serves as Program Manager for Strategy & Business Development at bol, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Ellen was Manager of Partnerships at Samotics from February 2020 to May 2025, focusing on the acquisition and onboarding of commercial partners. Ellen also worked as Project Manager for Sales Operations at Samotics, contributing to the development of a scalable SaaS organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where engagement with senior stakeholders in various sectors took place, and participating in the Teach First Leadership Development Programme as a Maths Teacher. Ellen Verhagen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and History of Art from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Arts in Comparative Cultural Analysis from the University of Amsterdam.
