Frans Vermeulen

Frans Vermeulen is an experienced engineering and technology manager with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at bol since July 2023, Frans also held the position of VP of Engineering at AxonIQ from April 2022 to June 2023. Previously, Frans was Engineering Manager at bol from April 2015 to April 2022, overseeing multiple scrum teams. Additional roles include Programma en Interim Manager at Trifork, Business Unit Manager for SOA Java development at Inter Access B.V., and various management and consulting positions at Oracle Netherlands B.V. and the Ministry of Defence. Frans holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Utrecht University and has also studied at the University of Florida.
