Stella Mulder (Hauer) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition a.i. at bol.com and OLYX since October 2023. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Lead Recruiter at bol.com. Stella co-founded BrandPit, a headhunting boutique, and has held positions such as Senior Corporate Recruiter at Aegon and Recruitment Consultant at Babbage Company. Stella's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and additional studies at NIMA and Hermann Wesselink College.
