After working in various roles at Bolashak, Elya worked her way up to her current position as Commercial Director. Fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh, Elya came to Bolashak when it was just being formed. She has unique knowledge of Bolashake's activities due to her involvement in managing our activities in various areas. Eli's first role at Bolashak was managing payroll and contract work in our Aksai office. Then Elya transferred to our Atyrau office, where she became the Commercial Manager of the entire company. in 2011 her career progression led to the next step as Commercial Director. Her functions included the management of contracts, all commercial issues and proposals. Currently based in Uralsk. she is also responsible for managing our operations in Western Kazakhstan and the city of Astana. Elya has continued to develop her knowledge by attending trainings in the UK and Ireland and this, combined with her extensive experience and knowledge of Bolashak, makes her a very important member of our team.
