Virginie Fourgoux

Virginie Fourgoux is a seasoned Commercial & Litigation Lawyer at WE ARE BOLD, with expertise in pre-litigation and litigation in commercial law, intellectual property, debt recovery, commercial leases, sales of business assets, and insolvency proceedings since November 2020. Prior to this, Virginie served as an IP and economic law associate at Granrut law firm from September 2014 to November 2020, focusing on economic law, antitrust, consumer law, international commercial arbitration, and intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyright. Virginie's legal experience began with various internships in economic law, intellectual property, business law, and corporate law. Academically, Virginie holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws in Economic and Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat from EFB. Additionally, Virginie has completed a Post-Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a "Grande Ecole" diploma from ESCP Business School.
