Nicole Farley

Nicole Farley has extensive work experience in legal and insurance sectors. Nicole currently holds the position of VP of Carrier Operations at Bold Penguin since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Insureon for seven years from 2015 to 2022. During their tenure at Insureon, Nicole served as Sr. Vice President of Carrier and Enterprise Relationships from February 2018 to May 2022, and as General Counsel and Director of Human Resources from February 2015 to February 2018. Before joining Insureon, Nicole worked as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Slavin & Slavin from June 2012 to February 2015. Nicole also had a legal externship at Merril Corporation from January 2012 to May 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Law Clerk at Zlimen & McGuiness PLLC from December 2011 to May 2012, and at Bennerotte & Associates from February 2010 to February 2011.

Nicole Farley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Mercyhurst University in 2009. Nicole later attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2012. Recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2020.
