Nilesh Dambe has extensive experience in the technology and insurance industries. Nilesh has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Vice President of Product & Data Operations at Bold Penguin and Founder & Managing Partner at Flairsight Technology.

At Intellect Design Arena Ltd, Nilesh served as Partner & Head of Data Platform, where they managed geographically distributed teams and scaled data partnerships, resulting in significant customer growth. Nilesh also held roles as Senior Vice President, Head of Platform, and Vice President Platform and Products.

Prior to that, Nilesh worked at Polaris Financial Technology Limited as an Engagement Manager and Solutions Manager, leading product implementation projects in the insurance sector. Nilesh also gained experience at Mphasis an HP Company as a Management Analyst II, where they led business analyst teams and implemented strategic roadmaps for State Farm Insurance.

Nilesh started their career at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they provided functional consultancy to insurance companies in India, as well as Travelers and Munich Re in the USA and Europe.

Nilesh also has experience as a Business Analyst at Keystone Solution and Assistant Manager at Chawla & Associates Thailand Ltd. and Dambe Surveyors & Co.

Nilesh Dambe has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued a degree in Exponential Technologies with a focus on Exponential Disruption from Singularity University.
