James Semper

James Semper has over 29 years of work experience in various roles within the energy and gas compression industry. Their most recent position was as an Operations Manager at BOLD Production Services, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Senior Technician/Area Foreman, managing rotating equipment such as total flow coolers and generators, and handling tasks like installations, maintenance programs, demobilizations, and redress. James has also worked as a Field Service Technician at energy gas compression, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing rental equipment, scheduling repairs, and performing commissioning and overhauls. James was a Regional Manager at Mustang Gas Compression from 2007 to 2012 and a Service Technician at Hanover from 1998 to 2007. James began their career as a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the US Army from 1993 to 1997.

James Semper attended Colorado Technical University from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Yorktown High from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a regular/general high school/secondary diploma.
