Pilar Zamora

Pilar Zamora began their work experience in 2021 as a volunteer at the Department of Mental Health and Addictions in Bahía Blanca. Pilar worked as part of the Red de Vidas team, focusing on suicide prevention and providing support to young individuals. Pilar continued their volunteering work with the Huerta Comunitaria project, contributing to community gardening initiatives.

In 2021, Pilar also worked as a Recruiter IT at Staffy. Their responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and preparing reports for clients. Pilar focused on finding senior and semi-senior profiles in the IT field.

In 2022, Pilar joined Talently as an Associate Mentor. Pilar provided guidance and feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for senior developers. Pilar also conducted individual mentoring sessions to support participants in their job search. Pilar utilized the company's CRM to track the progress of developers throughout the conversion funnel.

Pilar Zamora pursued their education at the University of Buenos Aires. From 2015 to 2021, they obtained a Licenciatura en Psicología degree in the field of Psicología. In 2021, they continued their studies at the same university and completed a Curso de Reclutamiento y selección de personal focusing on Psicología del trabajo. In addition to their formal education, Pilar also obtained a certification in Selección Perfiles IT from EducacionIT in July 2021.
