Patti Hoag

Patti Hoag has worked in the marketing field since 1992. Patti began their career at Valleylab Inc. as a Marketing Manager, New Product Development, where they were responsible for investigating new market segments and product line extensions in concert with overall company strategies, sales initiatives and product development timelines. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Marketing at Wavi, where they evaluated product feasibility, market size, and competitive landscape, and determined customer requirements and market penetration rates. In 2010, they became the Director of Marketing at JustRight Surgical, LLC, where they owned the upstream marketing process, conducted the initial market assessment, gathered customer feedback through focus groups, and outlined product specifications to launch the company. Patti also managed the product development process from feasibility through FDA submissions, and created the company brand, name, logo, website, and social media platforms.

Patti Hoag earned their MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 1991, with a major in Management. Patti completed their BSBA from the University of Florida in 1986, with a major in Marketing.
