Abbey Sparks serves as the Global Director of Client Success at Boldr since August 2022, and previously held various leadership roles at UPLevel from July 2017 to August 2022, including Director of Business Development and Director of Employee Experience. Abbey's experience encompasses developing strategic partnerships, optimizing business strategies, and implementing innovative employee programs. Prior roles at Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. included Manager of Talent Recruitment & Team Development and Culture & Team Development Specialist, focusing on internal employee growth and development. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and further education from the University of Toronto.
