Ernesto J. Martynek has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Starting their career in the US Army as a Multichannel Communications Team Leader, they gained experience in maintaining and operating communications equipment. In 1991, they transitioned to Verizon, where they took on various managerial roles, including Area Network Planner, Design Build Team Manager, Area Operations Manager for Installation & Maintenance and Outside Plant Construction & Proactive Maintenance, and Director of Customer Response and Verizon Order Inquiry Call Center. During their time at Verizon, they led teams, managed large budgets, and ensured compliance with safety and productivity standards. Martynek then joined CSR Group, LLC as a Senior Consultant, providing strategic recommendations on service quality, operational effectiveness, and leadership development. Ernesto J. furthered their career at Stage 2 Networks as the Vice President of Service Delivery, defining the vision and strategy for operations and driving customer experience improvements. At Lightpath, they served as the Sr. Service Delivery Project Manager and later as the Manager of Service Delivery, leading high-performing teams in order fulfillment activities and streamlining provisioning functions. Most recently, they joined Mobilitie as the Regional Director overseeing management and strategy in the Tri-State region, as well as leading cross-functional teams. Throughout their career, Martynek has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and an ability to streamline processes for efficiency.

Ernesto J. Martynek's education history begins at Dutchess Community College, where they pursued a two-year Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from 1987 to 1989. Ernesto J. then moved on to SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications. After completing their undergraduate studies, Martynek went on to New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Technology.
