Yufa Azmi Madieni

Yufa Azmi Madieni has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of Human Resources. Yufa Azmi currently holds the position of Human Resources Department Head at Boleh Dicoba Digital. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Executive at Xtremax from October 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they held the role of Realty HR Manager at PT PP Properti Tbk from July 2020 to October 2021, and also worked as HR Commercial from November 2016 to July 2020 in the same company. Yufa also gained experience as an HR Generalist at PT PP - Taisei Indonesia Construction from November 2014 to November 2016. Yufa Azmi started their career at Citi as an HR Employee & Industrial Relation from May 2014 to November 2014, and prior to that, they worked at Pertamina as part of the Human Resources department from September 2013 to March 2014. Overall, Yufa has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and employee relations.

Yufa Azmi Madieni completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Indonesia from 2009 to 2013.
