Acyle Koussa Dit Bacha has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Acyle started their career at Goosebump (YC S17) as a Project and Partnership Manager from March 2017 to December 2019. Acyle then joined Polydor Records as a Junior Project Manager from April 2019 to September 2020, where they were responsible for creating and implementing release strategies, developing audience on social media, and coordinating with various departments. Acyle later worked at Columbia Records as a Project Manager from April 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are serving as an Artist Relations Manager at Bolero Music, starting from June 2022.

Acyle completed a Master's degree in Management of the creative industries from EMIC Paris. Ecole de Management des Industries Créatives, which took place from 2018 to 2020. In addition to this, Acyle also obtained a Master's degree in Management des Industries Musicales from the same institution during the same period.

Prior to pursuing the Master's degree, Acyle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, from 2017 to 2018. Acyle also acquired a Licence in Information-Communication from the same university during this time.
