Annie Schodt

Annie Schodt is a seasoned professional in the fields of training and development, victim advocacy, and crisis management. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Boley Centers since March 2025, Annie has previously held key positions such as Operations Manager at Center for Discovery, Administrative Director at Operation PAR, Inc., and Batterer Accountability Services Program Manager at CASA Pinellas. Additional experience includes roles as a Victim Advocate with the Office of the State Attorney in Florida and a Subject Matter Expert at Directions for Living, focusing on domestic violence and substance use. Annie’s expertise also encompasses crisis prevention, sexual assault counseling, and support for victims navigating the judicial process, with a background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Women's Studies from PennWest Edinboro.
