Michael White Jr. is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Bolingbrook Golf Club since April 2015, where responsibilities include maintaining food quality, sanitation, scheduling, and inventory management. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions, including Sous Chef at Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus and Lead Cook at Ditka Dome and 46 Zone Restaurant. Michael's culinary journey began as a Banquet Line Cook and Bar Backer at Bolingbrook Golf Club. Michael holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from Joliet Junior College and has also attended Waubonsee Community College for Fire Science.
