Michael White Jr. is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Bolingbrook Golf Club since April 2015, where responsibilities include maintaining food quality, sanitation, scheduling, and inventory management. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions, including Sous Chef at Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus and Lead Cook at Ditka Dome and 46 Zone Restaurant.
