Xander Ferdinandusse

Xander Ferdinandusse has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Xander is currently the CFO/COO at Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions, leading the financial and operational aspects of the business. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Traction Partners, specializing in strategy and interim management for mid-sized companies. Xander has also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Mc Gregor Fashion Group (Toeca Holding) and as the COO (interim) at Edelman BV. Xander has held interim roles as the CFO at Bakkersland and as the General Manager at Boertiengroep, successfully turning the latter into profitability through brand repositioning and customer service improvement. Xander has prior experience as the CFO at Diolen Industrial Fibers B.V. and as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they led strategy and improvement projects for major Dutch companies. Xander began their career at Kuwait Petroleum Benelux, holding roles as Retail Investment Manager and IT Manager.

Xander Ferdinandusse started their education journey in 1982 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), pursuing a Master's degree in Economics. Xander completed their studies in this field in 1988. In the same year, Xander joined the University of Amsterdam, where they specialized in Tax Law and earned a Master of Law (ML) degree in 1988. Afterward, they returned to VU Amsterdam and enrolled in the EMFC program, studying to become a Register Controller. Xander successfully completed this program in 1996.
