William Wheeler

William Wheeler has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and controls, particularly in the development of electric and hybrid vehicles. William has held various managerial positions, including Director of Electrical Engineering and Controls at Bollinger Motors, where they managed a team of engineers and technicians for battery electric vehicle (BEV) development. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager of Systems Development at Samsung SDI America Inc., overseeing the development of xEV battery packs and battery software. William also worked as a Battery Systems Engineering Manager at the same company, managing a team and providing technical guidance for issue root cause analysis. Additionally, William has experience in battery management system (BMS) software design, high voltage system engineering, and battery pack control module (BPCM) software release. William has worked for reputable companies such as ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions, Navistar Inc, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, General Motors, LG Chem Power Inc, Caterpillar, Technology Resource Group, and APR Consulting, Inc.

William Wheeler obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2008. William then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the same field at the same university from 2009 to 2010.
