Chuck Packard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chuck started their career as a Controller at Diversified Enterprises, Inc in 1994, where they were responsible for strategic planning, financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury functions. In 2001, they joined Kempton Packard Group as a Principal until 2006. Chuck then became the Chief Operating Officer at Smoker and Company from 2006 to 2008, where they managed various functional areas of the company. In 2008, they joined Bollman Hat Company, first as a Global Controller and later as a Global Director of Finance. In these roles, they oversaw financial management, accounting operations, treasury functions, budgeting, taxes, audit, and bank covenant compliance. Chuck also led the accounting and financial reporting of multiple legal entities and selling divisions across different regions. Additionally, they handled corporate finance activities for debt financing, equipment leasing, and treasury functions.

Chuck Packard completed their education in accounting and taxation starting with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSAC) from the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Villanova University, attending from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Chuck obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in June 1989 and as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board in April 2002.
