Paula Calvert has an extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Paula started their career in 1995 as a Coordinator at the Seventh on 6th NY Fashion Week, where they coordinated volunteers and managed production schedules. Paula then worked as an Executive Assistant to the President at LVMH in 1996. In 1998, they joined Bollman Hat Company as a Global PR/ Marketing Director, where they utilized innovative marketing tactics and consumer public relations to increase brand visibility. In 2010, they became the Global Vice President of Design and Marketing at Bollman Hat Company, responsible for strategic positioning and integrated branding of various brands. Most recently, they have been serving as the Global Creative Director at Bollman Hat Company since 2014, where they have played a crucial role in content production, brand rebranding, and strategic partnerships.
Paula Calvert began their education in 1992 at Hofstra University, where they studied Film/Communications Courses for three semesters. In 1993, they transferred to the Fashion Institute of Technology and pursued a degree in Marketing Communications. Paula completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing Communications in 1996.
After a gap in their education, Paula returned to school in 2009, attending the Fashion Institute of Technology once again. This time, they studied Fashion Design and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in 2013.
In 2016, Paula enrolled at the International Center for Photography and Photo Uno, where they focused on Photography. Paula completed their studies and graduated in 2019.
