Mark Weiner is currently an advisor at Bolster, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Volterra from January 2019 to December 2021. There, they were responsible for developing the marketing strategy from scratch, launching the company in 3.5 months, and enabling ongoing GTM. Mark also jointly created the market category of "distributed cloud", earning Gartner Cool Vendor and IDC Innovator within 9 months of launching. Mark was a core member of the $500M acquisition.

From January 2017 to December 2019, Weiner was the Chief Marketing Officer at Balbix. There, they served as an advisory board member to launch the company, then became CMO to build the marketing team and GTM strategy. Mark achieved Gartner Cool Vendor in the first 120 days and developed successful lead gen to meet pipeline goals.

Weiner has also held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer at Bill Wilson Center, SVP Marketing & Product Management at Virtela (acquired by NTT), and Chief Marketing Officer at Centrify Corporation (acquired by Thoma Bravo).

Mark Weiner has a MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Marketing & Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
