Kelly Dodd

Kelly Dodd is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in developing tooling, monitoring, and processes to enhance product availability, performance, and reliability. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Reddit, Inc. since July 2024, Kelly also holds a similar position at Bolt since May 2021. Previously, Kelly worked at Greenlight Financial Technology as a Site Reliability Engineer from October 2019 to April 2021 and at Mailchimp in various roles, including Site Reliability Engineer from January 2018 to October 2019 and as a Site Reliability Engineer Intern from August 2016 to October 2017. Early career experience includes an internship in software development at CareerBuilder. Kelly graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2018.
