Konrad Zdanowicz

Konrad Zdanowicz has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Konrad has served as the Director of Engineering at Bolt, where they led the company's European engineering division and was responsible for driving the technical roadmap and overseeing the growth of the engineering organization. Prior to that, they worked at Tipser as the Director of Engineering, where they managed the tech organization and played a key role in the execution of the company's tech strategy. Konrad also served as the Head of Engineering at Tipser, leading the tech strategy and engineering works in a multinational scale-up. Konrad played an instrumental role in expanding the engineering team and successfully launching new markets. Before joining Tipser, Konrad worked as a Senior Software Engineer at both Directly and Nokia, where they contributed to the development of various software solutions and platforms. Additionally, they have freelanced as a Software Engineer, working on web engineering projects for commercial clients and non-profit organizations. Konrad has a strong background in full-stack engineering and has expertise in various programming languages and frameworks.

Konrad Zdanowicz earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 2012. Konrad then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Internet Engineering from the same university from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Pearson VUE in 2014, and the NI Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from Texas Instruments in October 2013.
