Randi Hamlett

Randi Hamlett, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and implementation services. They currently hold the position of Director of Implementation Services at Bolt since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as a Delivery Manager from October 2019 to September 2022. In this role, their responsibilities included managing customer relationships, pre-sales and contracting, and overseeing customer and subcontractor obligations. Before joining Microsoft, Randi worked at CSG for over 15 years. At CSG, they held the positions of Solutions Delivery Manager from July 2013 to October 2019 and Lead Project Manager from August 2004 to July 2013. As a Solutions Delivery Manager, they supported sales through implementations, led a team of Project Managers and Analysts, and handled people management, program management, process design and improvement, and technical issue analysis and escalation. As a Lead Project Manager, they implemented complex software development and services integration projects, ensured customer satisfaction, and identified opportunities for sales improvement.

Randi Hamlett, PMP, obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI Chicagoland Chapter in October 2014. Randi also holds additional certifications in Generative AI Overview for Project Managers, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Accessibility in Action, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), Azure Fundamentals, and Defining Leadership. Randi attended Bellevue University, although their degree and field of study are not specified.
