- Lead Product Designer at The Coca-Cola Company since June 2020, where they lead UX design, development, and product architecture for employee platforms.

- UX Design Lead (Service & Repair) at GE Aviation from September 2019 to June 2020, where they led UX design and product architecture for internal Service & Repair applications.

- Creative Director at Seed MC from January to September 2019, where they provided product design, UX/UI design, front-end development, creative direction, and design consultation for global clients.

- Lead Product Designer at Citytravelar from December 2017 to December 2018, where they worked on product design and AR development for a mobile AR startup focused on wayfinding.

- Research Fellow, Product Designer & AR Developer at Verizon from December 2017 to March 2018, where they worked on AR development, creative direction, and UX/UI design for the Citytravelar mobile AR application.

- Graduate Teaching Assistant at New York University from December 2016 to May 2017, where they assisted a UX Design professor with class lectures, software training sessions, and project assessments.

Baris Siniksaran completed a Master of Science degree in Integrated Digital Media at New York University's Tandon School of Engineering from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, which they completed from 2006 to 2010.
