We’re looking to hire motivated forklift drivers who are excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • The ability to operate a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for the appropriate task assigned;

  • Use a MHE to move and stock material;

  • The receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse;

  • Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;

  • Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner;

  • Loading and unloading of trailers;

  • Maintain GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery);

  • Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;

  • Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate fashion;

  • Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;

  • Troubleshoot problems;

  • Ensure product meets quality requirements;

  • Other duties as assigned;

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and:

  • Have a valid Class 2 Forklift license

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre operating as an MHE (counterbalance, order picker, turret truck, reach truck) operator;

  • Certification operating (MHE) material handling equipment required (i.e. single/double walkie, counterbalance, order picker, turret truck, reach truck);

  • Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;

  • Have basic computer skills;

  • Are able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis;

  • Have an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually;

  • Are detail oriented;

  • Are able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts;

  • Are able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies;

  • Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment;

  • Are authorized to work in Canada.

Note: Candidates must present MHE license (from certified MHE training center) at time of interview and be prepared to go through on-site testing (safety shoes and vest required). If successful, candidates must clear background checks.
