Job Title: Logistics Analyst

Position Overview:

Bolt Technologies is looking for one (1) Logistics Analyst to join our growing team! At GoBolt, we provide a technology-driven, customer-centric, and sustainable approach to e-commerce and last-mile logistics for businesses of all sizes – from local brands to large national retailers. By operating as an extension of our customer’s team, we deliver best-in-class services every step of the way.

We’re building North America’s largest electric vehicle fleet to help bring sustainability to an industry notorious for its heavy impact on the environment. As we continue to grow rapidly and pave the way towards a more sustainable future, we’re looking for a Logistics Analyst who will be instrumental in this journey. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and IT, playing a key role in delivering solutions that align with our client’s business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand and gather comprehensive business requirements, ensuring alignment with their needs. Plan and oversee operational logistics across the organization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to gather, review, and analyze data, including KPIs and financial reports. Use insights to drive business decisions and recommendations.
• Liaison and Collaboration: Act as a crucial link between various business units and IT teams, fostering collaborative efforts to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate regularly with other aspects of operations including production, warehousing, and inventory to coordinate activities between business units.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement strategies for process improvement, focusing on enhancing business operations and achieving efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials, processes, projects, and operations, ensuring accuracy and ease of access to information.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in the testing and evaluation of business processes and solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders.
• Proven resourcefulness in solving complex problems.
• Experience in business process testing and mapping.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technology systems.
• Strong skills in Google Suite and business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.

Wage, hours, and job location:

• $26.44 per hour for 30-40 hours per week
• LOCATION: 150 John Street, Floor 8, Toronto, Ontario M5V 3C3
