Kelly Kwan

Kelly Kwan serves as the General Counsel at GoBolt since October 2023, after a similar role at Clutch from April 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Kwan held the position of Director at Uber from November 2016 to April 2022. Kwan's experience also includes serving as Lead Counsel for Canada at gategroup from March 2016 to October 2016, and as Legal Counsel for both Gate Gourmet from February 2012 to February 2016 and Postmedia Network Inc. from July 2008 to January 2012. Kwan began a legal career as an Associate at Torys LLP from June 2005 to June 2008. Academic credentials include an LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and further education at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
