Kisharn Thanalingam

Kisharn Thanalingam has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2008 with an internship at HSBC, Kisharn then worked as a Drilling and Completions Engineering Intern at British Petroleum in 2010. Following this, Kisharn joined Schlumberger as a Field Engineer from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, Kisharn worked as a Consultant Engineer at WESA Scientific before moving to Lazada, where they held the positions of Head of Performance and Cost from 2018 to 2020 and Head of Network Management from 2020 to 2021. After working as a Freelance professional, Kisharn joined Goodfood Market in 2022, first as the Senior Manager of Grocery Delivery and later as the Head of 3PL Management. Currently, Kisharn is the Director of Site Operations at GoBolt.

Kisharn Thanalingam holds a Master's Degree (Hons) in Engineering from Imperial College London. They also obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, Kisharn has acquired various certifications, including Supply Chain Fundamentals from MITx on edX, Business Analysis & Process Management from Coursera, and Interaction Design: Flow from LinkedIn, among others.
