Andra Vlaicu

Andra Vlaicu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, coaching, and communications. Currently serving as a Global Learning and Development Partner at Bolt since November 2021, Andra focuses on leadership development training initiatives and collaborates closely with the senior team. Previous roles include Global Learning and Development Specialist at Bolt, where Andra designed various learning interventions, and Community Manager at One HealthTech, where Andra managed brand communication and community engagement. Andra has also held significant positions at the Specialty Coffee Association, including Communications Manager, and has a strong foundation in project management from roles at Kiruna Publicis and Coffee Lovers. Andra holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and an Executive Coaching CPD Certificate.
