Miguel Carvalho

Miguel Carvalho is currently working as the Driver Operations Manager at Bolt, where Miguel optimizes metrics and drives growth on the supply side of the ride-hailing business unit. Prior to this role, Miguel held positions such as Senior Consultant at PwC and Strategy Consultant at EY, where Miguel developed digital transformation projects in financial institutions. Miguel also founded and served as the COO of Lumer, a health tech startup focused on smoking cessation. Miguel has a strong educational background, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and degrees in Industrial Engineering & Management from National Taiwan University and Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
