Carlotta Citterio has a diverse work experience. Carlotta started their career as a Junior Product Manager at Bolton Adhesives in 2018 and then became a Brand Manager in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Brand Manager at the same company.

In 2009, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Milano and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Language and Culture Mediation, which they completed in 2012. In 2011, Carlotta attended Beijing Language and Culture University for a Chinese Intensive Course focused on Chinese Language and Culture.

In 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Global Management for China (GMC) at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, which they completed in 2014. During the same year, they attended Beijing Language and Culture University again for another Chinese Intensive Course.

Finally, in 2016, Carlotta Citterio enrolled in Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for a Master's degree in Marketing Management, specializing in the field of Marketing. Carlotta completed this program in 2017.
