Jeroen Straathof

Jeroen Straathof has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Jeroen started their career at Hamer Installatietechniek as the Manager of HR and Quality Assurance from 1996 to 2000. Jeroen then joined FrieslandCampina as an HR Manager for Operations from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as an HR Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Jeroen later joined Cloetta, where they served as the HR Director for Middle Europe from 2007 to 2014. During their time at Cloetta, they achieved significant milestones, such as stabilizing the commercial organization in the Netherlands, improving development and performance culture, and leading various HR development projects. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Swinkels Family Brewers as the Human Resources Director, responsible for leading the HR department. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Bolton Adhesives, starting from September 2019.

Jeroen Straathof's education history is as follows. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Windesheim and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations. Following that, from 1993 to 1996, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they pursued an Academic degree specializing in Sociology of Labor and Organization. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, Jeroen Straathof enrolled in Windesheim again, this time for a Post-Bachelor program in Business Administration.
