Matthias Schutera

Matthias Schutera has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Matthias'smost recent position was at Bolton Adhesives, where they served as the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance from January 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Engineer at the same company from August 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Bolton Adhesives, Matthias worked at Novartis as an External Project Engineer from May 2015 to July 2017. Simultaneously, they were also a Project Engineer Qualification at M+W Group from April 2015 to July 2017.

Earlier in their career, Matthias held the role of a Project Engineer Product Development at Herbrand PharmaChemicals GmbH from September 2011 to March 2015. Matthias also briefly worked as a Development Engineer at Riemser Arzneimittel AG, Site Dr. Herbrand, from May 2011 to August 2011.

Matthias began their career at BASF, where they worked as a Chemical Technician from June 2007 to August 2007. Matthias initially started at BASF as an apprentice, completing their apprenticeship as a Chemical Technician from September 2004 to May 2007.

Matthias Schutera obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Process Engineering with a focus on Environmental Technology from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. Matthias completed this degree between the years 2007 and 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Matthias pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Innovation Management at AKAD University.
