Carlos Guzman

Carlos Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and account services. Currently serving as a Client Executive at IMA Los Angeles since March 2023, Carlos specializes in managing client accounts and providing strategic guidance on employee benefits programs, while fostering strong client relationships. Prior to this role, Carlos spent 15 years at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities evolved from a Call Center Representative to an Account Manager III. In the latter position, Carlos was instrumental in retention efforts, membership growth, and the introduction of new products and services, all while executing business plans to optimize opportunities. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
